The Food Network’s Iron Chef America Mario Rizzotti stopped by for a Celebrity Edition of “In the Kitchen with Laura McKenna”.

Mario Rizzotti gave us a great tip about buying “good” olive oil:
Always look for “Product of Italy” on the label of olive oil to make sure it’s authentic.

Did you know?
Some American Italian dishes don’t exist in Italy: Fettuccine Alfredo, Meatballs on top of pasta, and marinara sauce. Mario says those are Americanized Italian dishes.
